The Rackbilt enclosure system from California Chassis is a revolutionary new family of racks and accessories, designed specifically to allow for greater ease in initial set-up, reconfiguring, future expansion, and options for retrofitting these racks in the field. The Rackbilt enclosure system offers a wide variety of standard heights and depths to suit any server room layout requirements. Each rack includes 2 pairs of adjustable combination or angle rails, which are either square punched, untapped or tapped to EIA 10-32 and all rails are clear zinc-plated for your convenience. Rackbilt also comes standard with universal provisions for mounting all doors (face- or flush-mount and reversible), as well as all tops, sides, and standard accessories. The Rackbilt enclosure can be easily integrated with all ladder racking, fiber troughing, and cable management spacer frames within the Rackbilt family of interchangeable server room and head-end architectural infrastructure. Refer to the Open Rack Frame for other options in the Rackbilt family. Standard Heights (VPO): 42"(24 rack units), 63"(36 rack units), 70"(40 rack units), 77" (44 rack units), and 78.75" (45 rack units). Dimensions refer to vertical panel opening. For overall height, add 6" to panel vertical panel opening dimension. Standard Cabinet Widths: 19.09" Horizontal Panel Opening.
